MONDAY NIGHT EMERGENCY ROLL CALL NET

Good evening,

This is V(_) -7(___) Calling the Emergency Roll Call Net for the Chilliwack area.

My name is _______________ and I'm located in _______________.

This net is sponsored by the Chilliwack Amateur Radio Club and meets every Monday night at 1900hrs local time, on a frequency of 147.100 simplex or with a tone of 110.9 and a positive offset. The Chilliwack ARC encourages all Hams, club members or not, in the Chilliwack area to participate in this net and the emergency programs that the club supports. We welcome new members to this net and also to the club.

The purpose of this net is to ensure that the Amateur Radio fraternity is able to establish an emergency communications net covering the Chilliwack area and the upper Fraser Valley should all other communications fail. It also provides an opportunity for Amateurs to check their own equipment capabilities

Any new station wishing to participate in the emergency net is welcome to do so. However, we ask that you please wait until the end of the roll call. We'll start off by calling.

1. Are there any net bulletins or announcements from our president or club executive?

We will now call:

1. Chilliwack West:

2. Chilliwack East / Agassiz:

3. Sardis / Vedder Crossing:

4. Chilliwack River, Yarrow / Columbia Valley:

Are there any late or missed check-ins anywhere?

Are there any stations not on the list that would like to participate?

Are there any questions or announcements of general radio interest?

Are there any new or visiting Hams that would like to make their presence known?

This concludes the Chilliwack Emergency Roll Call net at _________ hrs.

Thanks to all who participated. The frequency is now open to general use.
